Sambalpur Philatelic Bureau:
India's shortest-lived Philatelic Bureau is Sambalpur in Odisha. The Bureau was inaugurated by Honourable Member of Parliament Shri. Nitin Gangadeb on 16.01.2021. A Special Cover was also released during the occasion.
This newly opened Philatelic Bureau was closed among others on 12 July, 2021. Only 177 days of life. I don't know why they opened this bureau for a short term during this lock down period, wasting a large amount of money.
