Nitin Gangadeb on 16.01.2021.  A Special Cover was also released during the occasion. This newly opened Philatelic Bureau  was closed among others on 12 July, 2021.  Only 177 days of life.  I don't know why they opened this bureau for a short term during this lock down period, wasting a large amount of  money.
