MAPNAPEX 2024
1. Madurai Philatelist and Numismatist Association ( MAPNA) is organizing One
sheet Stamp Exhibition in the name of “MAPNAPEX2024”
2. The exhibition is being
organized to promote the hobby of stamp collection (Philately) and give an
opportunity for eminent philatelists of MAPNA as well as young philatelists of
MAPNA and students members of MAPNA to exhibit their stamp collections.
3. Venue, Date & Time:
The exhibition will be held at Sourashtra Boys Higher secondary school ,
Madurai-625020 on 19.05.2024 (Sunday) from 10.00am to 4.00 pm.
Lunch will be provided in the hall.(Lunch Provided by our life member Mr.Sakthiraj & his family)

5. Competition for Student :
The cross Puzzles & Quiz competitions for our student members will be organized by
the MAPNA team at the venue of the Exhibition Hall. MAPNA student members can
take part in these competitions.
6. Commemoration of Picture Post card for MAPNAPEX2024
A special Picture Post Card will be released on special theme of Madurai city.
These cards shall be made available for sale by MAPNA team at the venue of the
exhibition hall.
7. ONE SHEET EXHIBITS of Important Dates:
1.Prospectus issued on 05.03.2023
2. Last date of receipt of entry forms on
30.04.2024
3. Issue of sheet allotment intimation on 03.05.2024 .
4. Last date
for receipt of exhibit sheet on 10.05.2024 .
5 Exhibition date:19.05.2024 .
6.
Return of exhibits from 15.07.2024 to 31.07.2024
8. Participation Fees : NIL
9. Competition class:
1. Junior Class for MAPNA student Members : 5-18
2. Senior Class for MAPNA Life
Members : Above 18
10. Application Form:
A.)A separate entry form is required for the exhibit. Entry forms below attached
or can be downloaded from our MAPNA blogger.
B. ) Each Member apply only one sheet
for this Competition
C.) Duly filled entry forms should be sent so as to reach
Mr.T.J.Shanmughalal, Secretary, Shanthi Nikethan Appartment, Anna Nagar,
Madurai-625020 by 30.04.2024. ( or) Submit the photo copy of the filled
application form in our MAPNA WhatsApp.
D. ) Exhibits one sheet must be placed in
A4 cloth cover separately and send it.
E.) All exhibits are send by Registered
post or Speed Post to Sri.T.J.Shanmughalal Secretary address, on or before
10.05.2024.
F. ) Each exhibit must be the bonafide property of the exhibitor.
11. The Jury and Awards:
1.)The Jury will be appointed by the Exhibition organisation committee.
2. ) The
Jury will present its report and the list of awards to the organizing Committee.
A.Student class:
Trophy & certificates will be given to Student Members who get 1st, 2nd & 3rd
Prize winners
B.Youth Class:
Trophy & certificates will be given to Life Members who get 1st, 2nd & 3rd Prize
winners
3.) The decision of the jury in all cases will be final.
4.) A critique
session will be arranged after the announcement of the awards.Jury will interact
with the exhibitors. Questions if any preferred by the exhibitors should be
related to their own exhibits only.
5.) Certificates of participation will be
issued to all participants of Members .
12.Return of Exhibits:
a)After completing the exhibition all exhibits will be displayed in the frames
of Madurai Philatelic Bureau up to 30.06.2024. Then the exhibits will be
returned to members through Registered post or directly hand over on July 2024
monthly meeting or Subsequent Monthly Meetings.
b) Exhibit sheets of members,
should need through a registered post, you should pay of Rs 100/- to G.pay

13: Volunteers & Sponspors:
MAPNA was started in 2006. Since 2006 MAPNA very success run than 18 years with Members Physical and Financial support .
So this exhibition will be grand
success with your support.
So members please come forward to do the voluntary
works in the exhibition hall.
