INTERNATIONAL FRIENDSHIP VIRTUAL PHILATELIC EXHIBITON (JUBILEEPEX 2021) This is the extreme pleasure of Philatelic Society of Bangladesh (PSB) to declare the inauguration of the awaited JUBILEEPEX 2021 International Friendship Virtual Philatelic Exhibition. Basic philosophy behind Jubileepex 2021 is to raise motivations for Philatelists as well as philatelic bodies around the Globe, thus increase better collaborations among individuals and philatelic groups. *LOUIS PASTEUR (1822 - 1895)* The French scientist developed the first successful rabies vaccine which was administered to Joesph Meister a nine year old shepherd boy who had been mauled by a rabid dog on July 06, 1885  #1 FDC of stamp issued by France on Louis Pasteur in 1973  # FDC of stamp issued by France on the 100th anniversary of rabies vaccine in 1985 The stamps feature the Louis Pasteur and Joesph Meister the first person to receive the rabies vaccine. *On the same day*  Sep. 27, 1972 SR Ranganathan was born in 1892 in Vedantapuram village next to Sirkazhi in Naga District, Tamil Nadu. Ranganathan worked as a Lecturer in Maths at the Universities of Mangalore, Coimbatore and Chennai. In 1924 he was appointed Librarian of the University of Chennai. He went to London and learned the theory of classifying texts. On his return to the country he began to reorganize the university library; Founded the Chennai Literary Society. He started the School of Library Science and served as its director for 15 years. Has authored over 60 books and written over 2000 articles in many languages.
